Subject: Telling the difference between feed and traverse motion in DSP
Hi Tom,

Is it possible, from a DSP C-program, to tell whether we're running a feed (eg G1,G2,G3)  or a traverse (G00 command?

Thanks,

Toby

Hi Toby,

I can't think of a way to tell as they are all now handled as buffered coordinated motion.

Could you set a Virtual Bit before all G0 moves and clear it afterward in the G Code?

Or I suppose the code could be changed to do this automatically.
